Chris came to diagnose our TV interference (pixellating and occasional ‘no signal’). He was very polite and professional with years of experience, explained the problem as water leaking down the cable from the aerial and recommended new cabling and new aerial. The quote was reasonable and accepted . Booked to come a week later but, due to a cancellation, was able to fit us in two days after the quote. Arrived with Glen and they completed the work within an hour. Lines were tested and the signal was significantly improved. Channels were rescanned and all rubbish cleared away. Highly recommended
Aerial Replacement
Glen and the team turned up exactly when planned and took the time to understand our needs before quoting. They did a great job explaining what they’d done and how to get the best out of the system. Glen even came out late one evening to try to fix an internet problem shortly after installation – it turned out it was a problem with Starlink, but it showed their commitment do doing an excellent job. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again or recommend.

Wear Comms work was exemplary, they explained every thing very well. They were tidy and quickly, the wifi is now stable and provides an excellent signal everywhere. The cable routing was very discrete, and and the terrestrial TV is now perfect. Superb work and vslue for money.

Aerial point
The job was to install some network cables from my router by the front door to my office at the back of the house and also into the lounge. The cables had to be fitted to the exterior walls as the floors are solid concrete. The work was completed by Chris who arrived 15 minutes earlier than expected. He was a very nice guy, polite, knowledgeable and happy to help. Overall I’m really pleased with the experience and I would highly recommend Wear Communications.
Exterior Network Cables
Wear Communications set up our Starlink satellite dish on our house. They then wired the modem and two subsequent Access Points in areas far away, with no wires visible outside our loft space. Watching Glen do this was quite incredible, and the tidiness of the whole setup is a testament to their effort to keep it so. There’s no way this electrical/telecoms/internet work could be done without professionals, but to find pros who are also conscientious is perfect. Recommended wholeheartedly.
